Many years ago, the Interealty Property Gazette was a simple 16 page magazine, servicing the clientele of just a few offices. Today, Interealty is the largest real estate agent in southern Spain, with more than 55 offices stretching from Novo Sancti Petri in the west to Javea on the Costa Blanca, and with inland offices at such places as Coin and Almuñecar, to cover the whole region. Expansion has also taken place outside the mainland, with offices established in the Canary and Balearic islands.

The Gazette has grown and changed with the times and has been divided into nine different publications, each one dedicated to a specific region. For the Costa del Sol, there are three Gazettes – Central, East and West – along with an Overseas Gazette, which is a combination of the three and is distributed internationally, in a number of languages.
